I would definitely return and order another pizza. The bacon bits were scattered over the pizza and not overwhelming. The scallops were plentiful and not overcooked. This, to me, is a rather wonderful relationship to have when it comes to unruly watercolor. We’ve gotten to know each other well and can anticipate what the other is about to say before we even say it. They’ve become like family and meeting up with them again and again each day is like visiting old friends. I know I could mix things up and try something new, but having the same dish, even at a fine restaurant, makes it feel like “comfort food,” my favorite food of all! So when it comes to painting, I have no qualms about selecting the same colors over and over again. When I find the dish I like, I prefer to simply order it again and again. In truth, I’m the same when it comes to eating out at a restaurant.
